Long time no see...sorry ^^' I know that now, when I'm on holidays I should be more active but in reality I just got sooo lazy xdd Hope you're all having nice break from school! ^.^

This is one of my oldest ocs - that's a shame I'm drawing her just now ^^' A few years ago I used to be a big fan of "True Blood" and I really liked the idea of half-faeries so I decided to create one. I;m not a fan of TB anymore but the idea of character stayed with me till this day. And that's how Liliidae was born ^^

name: Liliidae (often written as Lilidae)
last name: Foster
name meaning: Liliidae is basically a subclass of plants.
alias: Li, Lilii
age: 1 year old/body and mind of a 18-19 year old (half-fairies grow very fast - they're able to reach maturity in a mater of days.
height: 168cm

some facts:

- Lilii is a daughter of a faerie called Bellaflora and american shop-keeper Anthony Foster. She was born along with her 3 sisters (it's very common for faeries to have more than 2 babies during one pregnancy) on December 1st. Lilii has a very good contact with her father but she doesn't keep in touch with her mother (who left right after giving birth) or her sisters.

- she hates the 'faerie' side of herself and wishes for nothing more than to be a normal human. She has never practised magic - instead, she spent most of her life trying to tame her telepathic abilities (basically she didn't want to automatically read thoughts of everyone around her). She's defenseless when it comes to facing other supernatural creatures.

- her fear of vampires is almost paranoidal - since blood of the faerie smells very good to other supernatural species, she's afraid she may be attacked. That's why she never goes out after the sun goes down. She doesn't go clubbing or partying with her friends, even if she really wants to. (btw, she'll have to cope with it somehow because I plan to add some vamps and others to the story ;])

- she's a typical family person - Lilii dreams about a husband, group of children and cooking nice dishes for them all. She has a lot of maternal instinct.

- meeting new people is no problem for her - she really likes to have lots of friends and when any of them calls her 'reliable' or simply 'good friend' she's very proud and happy.

- she loves inviting her friends over for tea and cookies. She does it as often as possible!

- Lilii's a pretty responsible person - she doesn't drink or smoke anything.

- she loves nature - Li simply feels good with flowers, plants and animals around.

- BIG FAN OF LOVECRAFT'S WRITINGS!

- she adores cooking/baking and has a blog with recipes.

- her style might be classified as 'modern-hippie' or 'hipster-hippie' (do these even exist? xd)

- she likes confy shoes, such as Converse or Adidas (the 'Superstar' ones are her favourite). However in her opinion nothing is better than walking barefoot so she does it whenever she can.

- she loves gems (on the first drawing she's wearing a Rose Quartz pendant), choker necklaces and bracelets.

- Liliidae's favourite kinds of music are indie and alternative rock and trip hop. She adores finding new artists through soundcloud or spotify.

Hmm...that's all for now I guess? ^^ Hope you like the design! I'm sorry the chart looks kinda rushed but to be honest it is rushed xD I'm going to the seaside tonight ^.^ I'll be back in a week - then I plan to start being active again! ^^

AHHHDSHJFHF MArcy you're so amazing you put so much thought into your OCs where else I'm just like "this one has purple hair I guess" and leave it at that;o; I really need to take a page out of your book.

Liliidae is so pretty though??!! I love her design so much and I will never get over how good you are at doing eye makeup in your art holy cupcakes
